The Data centre has Blade Server connecting 1700 computers by optic fibre.
Excel Engineering College is permanently affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with A+ grade and CSE, ECE, Mechanical and Aeronautical departments are accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
